Functions & Conference Facilities in Bolton

The Mercury has a function suite that is licensed for 125 people. It has its own bar, dance floor and stage. The function room is available for both day time use (9-12 am;1 -5pm) and for evening hire (7pm-12.30am).

We also have a public bar that is licensed for 125 people that is available for hire during the day until 5pm;or until 7 pm on Sundays.

We cater for Birthday Parties, Christenings, Weddings, Funerals and Business Conferences.

The function room can be set up for buffet style catering for 125 people, can be used for sit down meals for up to 80 people or can be laid out for conferences for up to 90 people.

The front bar is set to seat up to 80 people in the upper &lower bar areas.

Being situated close to a motorway junction the Mercury is the ideal location for business travellers requiring a meeting point.

We provide:

• Parking for up to 50 cars
• Facilities for both small group meetings and larger conferences
• A choice of food from sandwiches to sit down silver served meals;(contact us for details)
• An integral private bar in the function room
• Toilet facilities - Disabled facilities

We can cater for:

• A minimum of 10 people
• A maximum of 125 people for a buffet
• A maximum of 80 people for a sit down meal
